It was looking uncertain that the deadline for finishing this residential care centre would be met. On one hand, the plastering and screed were still too wet, and also, the inside temperature needed to be at least 15C° for the PVC flooring to be laid.
The request for the quote came in on Monday afternoon. We visited the worksite an hour later, and everything was installed the following day. Since there wasn't enough power available at the worksite to heat it electrically, they chose the solution of an indirect fired heater Master BV690FS (220Kw) and a 1200L fuel oil tank. For the drying, eight DF800 industrial dehumidifiers were provided in combination with eight powerful TTV4500 fans.
